When will my order ship?

Items are typically released in a pre-order period. Please pay attention to the product details section for estimated shipping times. If you are ordering a product after the pre-order period and estimated shipping time for the first shipments, you can expect your order to be shipped within 7~14 days after you place your order.

Do you sell to the United Kingdom (UK)?

Due to new regulations and requirements enacted after the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union (“Brexit”), we are unable to sell directly to customers within the United Kingdom. For more information, please see our full statement from November, 2024.

Where can I buy digital versions of your VoiSona voice libraries?

Digital versions of our VoiSona voice libraries can be purchased on the official VoiSona website, DLSite, Sonicwire (JP), and Rakuten. We are working to bring digital sales to our website sometime this year.

What is the “Color Spectrum Series?”

The Color Spectrum Series is a lineup of virtual vocalists produced in association with Techno-Speech, Inc., for the VoiSona singing synthesizer. Each entry into the series represents a unique color, language, element, and supernatural species. The goal of this series is to push the boundaries of the VoiSona software and virtual singers as a whole, opening up new avenues for expression and representation in the commercial vocal synthesizer industry.

When will the SELENA Package Editions (Version A) restock?
